Snazy is a website building and hosting service operated by BeeBoo LLC ("BeeBoo", "we", "us"). This policy describes what information we collect when you use the Snazy website, software, and related services ("Services"), and how we handle it.

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, a display name, and a password (stored as a salted hash — we cannot read it).

Your content. The pages, posts, images, and other material you author on your site are stored so we can host and serve them. Your content is yours.

Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe or PayPal. Your card or bank details go directly to the payment processor; we never receive or store full payment card numbers.

Usage and log data. Like most services we receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) used for security, debugging, and capacity planning.

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in — the Services do not work without it. Analytics and advertising measurement (Google) may set their own cookies as described below. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles of you.

We use Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement to understand how the Services are used and how visitors find us. These tools receive standard usage signals (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device type). You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, host, and secure the Services.
• Process subscriptions and send transactional email (receipts, password resets, verification).
• Respond to support requests.
• Understand aggregate usage so we can improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not send marketing email unless you opted in (e.g. a newsletter you subscribed to).

We share information only with the processors needed to run the Services:

• Stripe / PayPal — payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) — storage of uploaded media and site assets.
• Google — analytics and conversion measurement as described above.

Each processor receives only what it needs for its function. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Your data is stored in access-controlled databases; each site's data is kept in its own database. Secrets (such as connected-service credentials) are encrypted at rest. Traffic to the Services is encrypted with TLS. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information we will notify you.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of a site from your account page; deletion takes effect after a short grace period during which you can change your mind, after which the site's data is removed. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security purposes.

You can access and update your account information at any time. You can export your site's content as JSON with one click — no lock-in is a design goal. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal information by contacting us; where local law (such as GDPR or CCPA) grants you additional rights, we honor them.

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
